Well before the coronavirus outbreak, Lakes Urgent Care has promoted the importance of thorough hand washing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing. And while it’s easier said than done, try to avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
